Young soccer players can train with professional coaches and experience the excitement of one of Major League Soccer's premier youth programs during the Chicago Fire FC Soccer Camp from 1 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, Aug. 3-7, at Varble Park, 1000 W. Wood St., Bensenville.
The camp is open to players ages 7-14 and offers an engaging week of professional instruction designed for athletes of all ability levels. Registration is available through Monday, July 27, at the Deer Grove Leisure Center, 1000 W. Wood St., Bensenville.
Led by certified Chicago Fire FC coaches, the camp combines professional soccer instruction with a fun, supportive environment that encourages learning, skill development and teamwork. Players will participate in age-appropriate training sessions focused on technical skills, confidence building, teamwork and social-emotional learning.
Each day features a unique training theme, team-building activities and scrimmages while maintaining a low coach-to-player ratio to provide individualized instruction and maximize player development.
"The Chicago Fire FC Soccer Camp gives young players the opportunity to learn from experienced professional coaches while building confidence and developing a love for the game," Recreation Supervisor Ty Beshiri said. "Whether they are just getting started or looking to take their skills to the next level, every player will be challenged, encouraged and have a great time on the field."
Each participant will receive an official Chicago Fire FC camp jersey and a complimentary ticket to a future Chicago Fire FC match, which includes an exclusive experience at Soldier Field.
The camp emphasizes a positive atmosphere where players can improve their technical abilities, make new friends and create lasting summer memories.
