Pajamas, polish and plenty of sparkle are on the agenda when the Bensenville Park District hosts its Mini Mani Magic Spa Retreat on Tuesday, June 30.
Designed especially for girls ages 5-10, the one-hour event transforms the Deer Grove Leisure Center Hawthorn Room into a relaxing spa retreat where participants can enjoy manicures and pedicures performed by friendly park district staff while spending time with friends.
In addition to the pampering, each participant will receive a take-home nail polish and decorate a personalized glam bag to store her spa treasures. Snacks will also be provided, making for an evening filled with relaxation, creativity and fun.
"The Mini Mani Magic Spa Retreat is all about creating special memories while helping girls feel confident, creative and celebrated," Recreation Supervisor Leslie Monarrez said. "From cozy pajamas and colorful nail polish to decorating glam bags with friends, it's a fun experience that gives participants a chance to relax, express themselves and enjoy a little extra sparkle."
The Mini Mani Magic Spa Retreat will be held from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, at the Deer Grove Leisure Center Hawthorn Room, 1000 W. Wood St., Bensenville.
The fee is $75 per participant or $70 for in-district residents. Registration is required by Tuesday, June 23.
